Resources for Distressed Florida Businesses

I have compiled some links below, primarily for Florida business owners, to access in the event you are in need of some financial assistance for your business as we move through this crisis. If you think you are going to need help, don’t wait. Some of these programs below are time-bound and may even be based on funds availability, meaning that once they run out, that’s it.

I also encourage you to reach out to your commercial Banker/Lender and ask them what programs are available to you. Many of the banks and lenders are helping customers with payment deferrals and information on the various disaster relief programs currently in place, as well as those to come through the SBA.

You want to keep in mind the more organized and prepared you are with your 3 years of financials, debt schedule, and paperwork if/when you go to apply, the greater the chance your application will be moved to the top of the pile.

Please note that this list is not intended to be fully-inclusive and is only being posted as a courtesy. You should certainly complete your own due diligence and investigation as to what the stipulations and requirements are for these various resources.

As more information becomes available, I will update this blog post. Please share this with anyone whom you think may benefit. I hope this will help you or someone you know continue to “mind your business today”!
